GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Belmont Abbey baseball team scored 13 runs on eight hits including a six-run-ninth to beat Lander Tuesday night. The Crusaders improve to 12-12 on the year as Lander moves to 13-8.

Highlights

• Ben Sneider collected two hits including a grand slam in the ninth.
• Mason Dodd had a two-run double in the third as he drove in three runs on the game.
• Justin Moran picked up an RBI-double in the seventh.
• Abbey starter Charlie Cochran pitched five innings allowing two runs on three hits while striking out three.
• Mitchell Keener picked up his second win of the year throwing 2.1 innings of relief with four strikeouts.
