BELMONT, N.C. – Kale Rhame blasted a two-run walk-off home run in the bottom the 11^th to lift the Crusaders in the series finale. Rallying with two outs in the bottom of the ninth Belmont Abbey scored two to send the game into extras and was able to end it in the 11^th. The Crusaders improve to 5-10 on the year and 3-3 in Conference Carolinas play. Erskine is now 7-7 on the season and 1-2 in league play.

Game One

• The Crusaders collected four hits in the first game.
• Ben Gobbel went 3-for-3 with a home run.
• Griffin Baker started on the mound for the Abbey throwing 3.1 innings allowing three hits while striking out six.
• Dylan Smith fanned four batters in his 2.2 innings of relief.

Game Two

• The Abbey had 10 hits with Adam Overcash and Rhame each collecting two hits.
• Trailing 7-5 in the ninth, with two outs, Overcash singled, Matty Bapst Singled, and both runners scored on a double by Zach Aehlert.
• In the 11^th, JuJuan Cason singled before Rhame lifted the walk-off homer over the right-field wall.
• Austin Hunter earned the win pitching the final three innings not allowing a hit and striking out four.
