Belmont Abbey senior outside hitter Lydia Schellenberg tied for the match high with nine kills and Hannah Schellenberg added eight, but the second-ranked Tampa Spartans hit .312 for the match to claim a 3-0 win. Set scores were 17-25, 17-25 and 16-25.

Along with the Schellenberg sisters, Tori Jensen added four kills and Caitlin Hankins added three. Gabby Martinez handed out 13 assists and Abby Stine chipped in with seven. Jensen added one.

Defensively, Ana Maria Pagan led all players with 14 digs while handing out three assists.
