The Belmont Abbey volleyball team earned a straight set 3-0 victory over St. Andrews Friday night in Laurinburg, NC. Set scores were 25-20, 25-17, and 25-17. The Abbey moves to 16-13 overall and 8-7 in Conference Carolinas. St. Andrews falls to 2-27 overall and 0-14 in conference play.

Stefanie Holler led the Crusaders attack with nine kills and Lydia Schellenberg added eight to go along with nine digs. Kay Schellenberg handed out 18 assists and Molly Gwaltney finished with ten and seven digs.

Defensively, freshman Ginny Eckstine recorded a career-high ten digs. Jaimee O'Connell dominated the net with four block assists, while Angela Jubb posted four total blocks, registering three assists and one block solo. Holler had two block assists and two solo blocks.
