SPARTANBURG, S.C. — The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team closed out the regular season on a strong note as the Crusaders closed the regular season with a 6-1 victory over Converse Saturday at the Sally Abney Rose Complex.
The Crusaders earned the season sweep of the Valkyries after a 4-3 win back in March in Belmont.
Full scores were not available as of Saturday night.
Belmont Abbey closes the season with a 20-7 overall record and 10-2 in Conference Carolinas play. Converse is 9-10 overall and 8-4 in the league.
