ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Miranda Anderson broke her own school record in the javelin Friday, highlighting a limited slate of competition at the Winthrop Invitational and Multis Festival.

The senior threw 37.45m (122'-10"), nine inches further than her previous best of 37.22m.
