COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Belmont Abbey field hockey team had 16 student-athletes named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Academic Squad Wednesday by the organization.
The recognition honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester nominated by their NFHCA member coaches. A total of 52 honorees earned this distinction for the fourth consecutive year, including Belmont Abbey's
Grace Hines and Cecilia Müller.
A total of 440 student-athletes from 34 different institutions earned a spot on the list. The full team can be found here.
