WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Belmont Abbey wrapped another weekend at teh JDL Fast Track Saturday, competing in the Camel City Distance Classic. Elizabeth Young posted a time of 19:11.46 in the 5000m Run, eclipsing the Conference Carolinas qualifying standard.

Belmont Abbey has one final tune-up before the conference championship meet, returning to Winston-Salem for the JDL College Team Challenge on Feb. 13 at 5 p.m.
