WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Isabelle Flores repeated as the 60m Hurdles champion and anchored the 4x400 relay team to an all-conference performance, highlighting Belmont Abbey's effort at the 2024 Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championship. Karolina Colon placed third in the hurdles and also ran the second leg of the relay, which vaulted the Crusaders over Lees-McRae for fifth in the final standings.

The action concludes the indoor portion of The Abbey's schedule. The outdoor season begins March 1-2 at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational.
