WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Isabelle Flores won the 60-meter Hurdles title in a school-record time of 8.91 seconds and anchored the 4x400-meter relay team to third place, leading the Crusaders to sixth at the 2023 Conference Carolinas Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship Monday at JDL Fast Track.

The Crusaders had four of the eight finalists in the race, where Katrina Colon took third to earn all-conference honors as well. Sydney Keller also earned a podium spot of third in the pole vault.
