INMAN, S.C. – The Belmont Abbey women's golf team closed out its fall schedule with the final 18-plus holes Tuesday at the Converse Fall Invite by Founders FCU Tuesday at Woodfin Ridge Golf Club.
The two Crusader teams competing at the tournament completed its second round and third rounds with The Abbey's 'A' and 'B' teams finishing, 7th and 13th, respectively.
Paeton Phillippi had the best round of the day for the Crusaders with a 1-over par 73.
Bridget Forgatch shot a 4-over par 76 followed by a 77 from
Ashlan Tresca. Phillippi and Tresca were the top finishers as both were tied for 17th.
Chrissy Popovich,
Kyleigh Whittemore and Lilliana Carcel all had rounds of 82 to close the tournament.
The Crusaders posted scores of 632 (+64) and 660 (+92).
