GREENWOOD, S.C. – Henry Sparks closed out the regular season with a strong day on the course by finishing in third place at the Spring Emerald City Classic hosted by Erskine Wednesday at The Links at Stoney Point. Sparks finished the one-day, 36-hole event at 1-over par for the day with rounds of 73 and 72, respectively. He finished three shots behind James Earl of Limestone, who finished with a 2-under par total score for the tournament.
Four other Crusaders competed in the tournament as well.
Brodie Perry (75-76—151) finished 10th,
Will Locey (79-74—153) and Steven Weider (77-79—156) finished tied for 13th and 17th, respectively and
Eli Kinlaw (73-86—159) finished in a tie for 24th.

The Crusaders have concluded the regular season and will tee off at the Conference Carolinas Championship April 10-12 at Cutter Creek Country Club in Snow Hill, N.C.
