WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Belmont Abbey opened its 2022-23 Women's Indoor Track & Field season Saturday with several near-record performances and four Conference Carolinas Championship qualifying standards.

Three runners -- Karolina Colon, Isabella Flores and Olivia White -- all finished among the top eight in Belmont Abbey history and qualified automatically for the league championship in February.
