BELMONT, N.C. - Carlie Davis earned her sixth singles win in conference play, and the Belmont Abbey Women's Tennis team earned a 5-2 victory over Southern Wesleyan University this afternoon. With the win, The Abbey improves to 8-12 on the year, including 5-4 in Conference Carolinas play. The Warriors are now 2-13 overall, and 1-8 in conference play.

- Teagan McNamara and Darian DeFrench got the day started off with a 6-2 victory at #1 doubles. The duo are now 6-2 together and 5-2 in conference play
- McNamara went on to win her eighth match of the season at #1 singles
- Davis won her #4 singles match by scores of 6-1, 6-1
- Morgan Nguyen also had a quick match at #5 singles, which she won 6-1, 6-0
