Playing for the first time in nearly a month, the Belmont Abbey women's tennis team lost at Pfeiffer by a 9-0 score this afternoon in Misenheimer.  Pfeiffer is now 8-3 overall and 2-1 in Conference Carolinas, while the Abbey slips to 3-7 overall and 1-2 in the league.

The Crusaders, playing for the first time since February 28, lost all six matches in straight sets and won just one point in doubles.

Belmont Abbey is back in action Saturday afternoon at 1:00 when it welcomes Young Harris to the Reidy Tennis Center.
