The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 defeat at UNC Charlotte this afternoon. The Crusaders record drops to 0-6.

There were a total of nine matches played, but playing by NCAA Division I rules, only one team point is awarded for the three doubles matches.

Belmont Abbey is back in action Sunday when it hosts Johnson C. Smith at the Reidy Tennis Center.
