The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team won three of its foive singles matches in straight sets and claimed three doubles wins as the Crusaders earned their first win of the year with a 6-1 victory over the visiting Lees-McRae Bobcats this afternoon at Sacred Heart Courts.

All but two singles matches were completed, as the last two were stopped due to darkness with both Bridget Franer and Abby Poetker leading before play was halted.
