The Belmont Abbey women's soccer team maintained its 19th spot
in the national rankings and its third place spot in the Southeast
Regional rankings, according to this week's poll conducted by the
National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
The Abbey made its national rankings debut last week at the 19th
spot and maintained that position this week after earning a 2-0 win
over Anderson at home on Saturday. The Abbey enters tonight's match
against Queens with an 8-0-2 record and is riding a 22-match
unbeaten streak, a four-match shutout streak and a 15 match shutout
streak against Conference Carolinas opponents.
