BELMONT, N.C. -- Brendan Boschi scored four goals and added an assist, but No. 8 Wingate reversed a 10-8 deficit with the final four goals of the game for a 12-10 victory over Belmont Abbey in men's lacrosse action Saturday afternoon. The Crusaders had taken a two-goal lead with back-to-back goals early in the fourth quarter.

With the result, the Crusaders fall to 2-2 overall, while the Bulldogs improve to 2-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Boschi matched his season high for goals, scoring in each quarter.
• Nate Lorenzo tallied a pair of goals, while Garren Berkman, Tristan Koumentakos, Jack Clough and Jacob Chandler all found the net once.
• Koumentkos and Chandler added an assist for two points.
• Boschi took a team-high 16 shots, while adding a ground ball.
• Jack Pohill caused two turnovers, while Eddie Kielkopf grabbed a team-high five ground balls. He made 18 saves to fall to 1-2 on the season,
