Summer Eddinger were named the conference's Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, Monday.
In three games for Belmont Abbey last week, Cassidy accounted for 13 goals. She started with seven tallies in a win over Emmanuel before adding one goal against Rockhurst and closing the week with five goals in a win over Lees-McRae. The seven tallies matched a career-high for her.
Eddinger posted 25 saves and a .510 save percentage in three Belmont Abbey games last week. She registered seven saves in a win over Emmanuel before accounting for 12 saves against Rockhurst and five in a win over Lees-McRae. She also added 11 ground balls and two caused turnovers. The 12 saves are a season-high for Eddinger and the 21st double-digit save games in her career.
The Crusaders return to action to host Newberry at 4 p.m. at Alumni Field.
