MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Garison Coleman and John Hetzel qualified for Saturday's finals in the 200m Dash and 1500m Run, respectively, and Antonio Caggins stands fourth after five events in the decathlon, highlighting Belmont Abbey's opening day at the 2025 Conference Carolinas Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

One school record fell when Davis Powers threw 40.07m (131'-5") in the discus.

There was limited action in the three-day meet with the majority of racing and field events taking place tomorrow.
