MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Josh Gulapa won the Decathlon title and Abe McNelly and Kaleb Koelling finished third in the decathalon and high jump, respectively, highlighting the Belmont Abbey's second day at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

Of the five events on Friday, Gulapa won two and finished second once. McNelly won the pole vault portion, his specialty.

As a team, the Crusaders stand third overall with 35 points.
