ROANOKE, Va. -- Joshua Gulapa finished the Bast-Cregger Multis Invitational heptathlon in third place, highlighting the second day of the event hosted by Roanoke College. During the competition -- which is seven events over two days -- he posted a Conference Carolinas-qualifying standard in the 60m Hurdles.

The season continues next weekend back at JDL Fast Track in Winston Salem with the Camel City Sprints Invitational on Friday and the Camel City Distance Classic on Saturday.
