BANNER ELK, N.C. -- Renata Bolado notched her 10th double-double of the season, but it was not enough as Lees-McRae earned a 3-0 (25-20. 25-20, 25-22) victory over Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action Tuesday night.

With the result, the Crusaders fall to 8-10 overall and 4-7 in league play (1-3 Northwest Division). The Bobcats improve to 6-12, 6-5 (2-3).

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Bolado recorded 11 kills and 15 digs, both team highs.
• Chloe Lowder hit .278 with seven kills, while adding three block assists.
• Emma Youngblood matched Lowder for team high in blocks with three. She dished out 20 assists and had one of the team's three aces.
• Delaney Watson and Maya Swenson also had aces.
• Kyleigh Coghlan and Mallory Swain each chipped in six digs.
