COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Makenna Pallozzi placed fifth overall and three others claimed a spot in the top 30, leading Belmont Abbey to third at the Akiah McMillian Invitational, hosted by Columbia International.

Pallozzi covered the 6k race in a time of 23:44.7 and was the second-fastest among Conference Carolinas participants.
