PETERSBURG, Va. -- Jacob Ferrari and Lee Carew each posted a round in the 60s and finished under par after 36 holes, leading Belmont Abbey's A team to fourth place on the first day of the 2023 Saint Leo Griffin Invitational. Ferrari opened with a 69 en route to a four-under 144 and second place, while Carew's afternoon round of 68 led to a tie for fifth.

The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday.
