BELMONT, N.C. --
Matteo Miselli hit .452 with 18 kills and added seven digs, leading Belmont Abbey to a 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-22) victory over Mount Olive in Conference Carolinas men's volleyball action Friday night.
With the win, the Crusaders improve to 2-7 overall and 1-1 in league play, while the Trojans fall to 4-4, 0-1.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Matthew Staskunas registered seven kills, while Alex Winiarczyk added five.
- Matthew Maxwell dished out 32 assists.
- Winiarczyk led the defensive effort with 10 digs, while Maxwell chipped in nine.
- As a team, The Abbey hit .333, its second-best percentage of the season.
