BELMONT, N.C. --
Mia Samaha and
Jenna McCullough each topped double figures in kills, but Erskine rallied from an early deficit for a 3-1 (22-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-23) victory over Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action Friday night.
With the result, The Abbey falls to 2-16, 0-4, while the Flying Fleet improve to 3-11, 1-5.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Samaha hit .200 with 13 kills against six errors in 35 attempts, while McCullough had 12 kills and a .320 hitting percentage.
- Haley Davidson registered nine kills, a .333 hitting percentage, two assists and three digs.
- Caitlyn Faber registered her second double-double of the season with 47 assists and 17 digs. She also tallied three block assists and a service ace.
- Riley Nickol established a new season-high for digs with 14, while Caroline Dobson, playing libero for the first time this season, added eight.
