MANHEIM, Pa. – The Belmont Abbey wrestling team and five wrestlers earned Division II Scholar All-America honors from the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NCWA). The full list was released last week.
 
The Crusaders were ranked second in Super Region II with a 3.049 GPA and one of two teams honored along with Coker from South Atlantic Conference Carolinas.
 
Matthew Daner, Mitch Dean, Benjamin Fielding, Mason Kump and Connor Weeks were all named as Scholar All-Americans. A total of 35 student-athletes from the conference were honored.
