SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Elliot Wunder and Zachary Knott posted top-20 finishes to earn all-conference honors, leading Belmont Abbey to a sixth-place finish at the 2022 Conference Carolinas Men's Cross Country Championship Saturday morning at the Milliken Research Center.

Wunder placed 15th overall with a time of 26:22.8, while Knott was 20th at 26:32.6 to capture spots on the third team. Joshua Chepkesir helped lead UNC Pembroke to the team title with the individual title, winning in 24:49.2.
