Cameron Young and
Lauren Hamilton each had 14 kills and
Paige Rawlins posted her fourth double-double of the season, but Francis Marion escaped the Wheeler Center with a 3-1 (25-23, 23-25, 28-26, 25-15) victory in women's volleyball action Tuesday night.
With the win, the Patriots improved to 8-8 overall and 4-0 in league play, while the Crusaders fall to 1-13, 1-3.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- As a team, The Abbey had 57 kills and 18 errors in  season-high 153 attempts (.260)
- Rawlins dished out a season-high 43 assists and had 13Â digs.
- Hailey Ryan led the defensive effort with 23 digs, while Caitlyn Faber added 10.
- Kate Youmans chipped in nine kills and a .304 hitting percentage.
