BELMONT, N.C. -- Paige Rawlins and Cameron Young posted double doubles, lifting Belmont Abbey to a 3-1 (25-16, 25-17, 23-25, 25-20) victory over Converse in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action Friday night. The Crusaders hit .238 as a team to improved to 3-1 overall and 1-0 in league play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Rawlins dished out 30 assists and had 14 digs. She also served six of the Crusaders' 10 aces.
• Young tallied 13 kills, hitting .324, while adding 10 digs.
• Alyssa Adkins shared team-high digs honors with 14 as well.
• Jenna McCullough also reached double figures in kills with 11. She hit .320 in the contest.
• Hailey Ryan was credited with 10 digs while making four assists.
