TIGERVILLE, S.C. --
Caitlyn Faber tallied 11 kills, but East Division leader held off the Belmont Abbey challenge 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 23-25, 25-18) in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action Saturday afternoon.
With the result, The Abbey falls to 8-20 overall and 8-8 in league play/. NGU improves to 19-8, 13-4.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Faber topped double figures in kills for the sixth time this season. She had just one error in 24 attempts to hit .417, while adding seven digs.
- Lauren Hamilton added eight kills.
- Paige Rawlins tallied 31 assists and eight digs.
- Hailey Ryan added 13 digs and four aces.

- Belmont Abbey wraps up the regular season on Wednesday night.
