Chandler Baker added 16, leading Belmont Abbey to a 76-64 win at Southern Wesleyan in Conference Carolinas men's basketball action Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lacy hit seven of seven from the field and all four free throw attempts, while also adding a team-hjigh eight rebounds.
- Baker tallied 14 of his points after intermission, hitting six of his final seven attempts. He finished the game seven of 12 overall and two of three from three-point range.
- Baker also added four boards, two assists and three steals.
- Sean Halloran rounded out the double-figure scorers with 15 points. He dished out four assists.
- Belmont Abbey scored nine straight early in the second half to take its first lead, 39-38 with 15:52 to play.
- The game was later tied at 56, but a 10-3 run pushed the lead to 66-59 with 3:36 remaining.
- The Crusaders allowed the first seven points of the game and never led during the opening half.
- A 39.1 shooting percentage in the first 20 minutes was the lowest of the season. The Abbey entered the game having topped 50 percent of seven of the eight previous halves.
