COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Sophomore
Makenna Pallozzi earned the first individual title of her career Saturday, winning the 6K race at the Koala XC Classic hosted by Columbia College. The Belmont native and UNC Asheville transfer covered the course in 23:16.5, nearly 10 seconds faster than the runner up.
Pallozzi's effort helped the Crusaders to a second-place team finish, their best of the season.
