SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Christian Keghlian finished in 14th place at the Converse Kickoff, at scenic Milliken Arboretum, to start the season for the Belmont Abbey Men's Cross Country team.  He ran the 5K race in 17:09.99.

How it Happened

• After Keghlian, Sam Lynch was next for The Abbey, as he ran a 17:20.38 race, good enough for 17th place
• Thomas Thierfelder was the next Crusader to cross the finish line, which he did in 17:57.06
• Daeton Byars was not far behind, as he earned a 18:03.67 time
