WINGATE, N.C. -- Sam Lynch posted a time of 34:16.6 over the 10K course Saturday, highlighting Belmont Abbey's participation at the 2019 NCAA Division II Men's Cross Country Southeast Regional. He placed 62nd overall.

As a team, the Crusaders finished 20th of 24, including fifth among Conference Carolinas schools.
