McKenna Murphy is a 5’11 Opposite Hitter/Setter from Dana Point, CA. She played high school for Dana Hills High School and club for T-Street Volleyball Club and most recently Laguna Beach Volleyball Club. For her high school Murphy helped lead her team to the CIF playoffs and Semi-Finals in 2012 and was also a league champion all four years. Her freshman year she was awarded the MVP and her junior year she was awarded the Dolphin Award for Dana Hills. Murphy is a very balanced and physical athlete and is expected to make a significant contribution on and off the court. Off the court Murphy was a member of the National Charity League for 5 years and she was also awarded the Yellow Rosebud Award and Sprit Award for leadership and spirit. Murphy was also an active member of her student government and was the Vice President and Secretary of her class. McKenna has two siblings Kenny 21, and Meg 14 and is the daughter of Ken and Colleen Murphy.
