BELMONT, N.C. — The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team won its fourth consecutive match with a 4-3 win over Averett Tuesday at the Reidy Tennis Center.
The Crusaders earned the win after sweeping doubles play and taking three of the six singles matches to secure the victory.
Alexis Burkhalter and
Rebekka Collyer won in both singles and doubles play while
Davis McSwain won the other singles match for the Crusaders.
Belmont Abbey improves to 18-6 with the win while Averett is 12-3.
