ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team returned to the court as the Crusaders took on Flagler Friday afternoon at the Pollard Tennis Center.

The Crusaders fell 7-0 to the Saints in a match that marked the season opener for both teams.

Alexis Burkhalter and Kaitlin Nguyen earned a win in No. 2 doubles, defeating Sofia Balsera and Marie Fairier by a 7-6 margin. The Saints swept all six singles matches.
