2025 Belmont Abbey Men's Soccer Schedule

BELMONT, N.C. — A pair of matches against South Atlantic Conference schools as a 13-match Conference Carolinas schedule highlight the 2025 Belmont Abbey men's soccer schedule, head coach Pat Kibler announced today. Kibler takes over as the head coach this season after serving as an assistant coach the last two seasons.

The regular season begins with a match against Newberry on Sept. 4th at Alumni Field and faces Lenoir-Rhyne Sept. 6 on the road. Belmont Abbey travels to Greenville to face Bob Jones on Sept. 10.

Belmont Abbey opens Conference Carolinas play on September 13 against Southern Wesleyan. The three-division format will continue in 2025 with Conference Carolinas newcomer Forum joining the Eastern Division. The Crusaders will travel to face the Panthers on October 11 and the regular season ends with a match on October 31.

The Abbey will face Northwest Division opponents — North Greenville, King, Lees-McRae and Converse — twice during the regular season and will look to improve on its 8-8-3 record in 2024. The Crusaders closed the regular season strong in 2024 by winning four of its final five matches.

The Conference Carolinas Tournament is slated to begin Nov. 6 on campus sites with the semifinals and final set for Nov. 14 and 16 at Bryan Park in Browns Summit, N.C.

"We are excited for the new season and schedule ahead," Kibler said. "We know that within our pod we are going to have four tough opponents and we are ready for the challenge. We are looking forward to traveling to the newest conference members Forum and the chance to get to compete with Erskine once again."
