GREENVILLE, S.C. — Belmont Abbey head men's tennis coach
Michael Salomon was named the Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Coach of the Year as he and the Crusaders were recognized as part of the all-conference honors released by the league office Thursday afternoon.
Salomon earned his second Coach of the Year honor on the men's side after winning the award in 2022.
Ricard Novell and

He won the award as the Women's Tennis Coach of the Year last season. He helped lead the Crusaders to the No. 1 seed in the Conference Carolinas Tournament and the outright regular season conference title.
Novell earned a spot on the first team after finishing 7-2 in Conference Carolinas play and was 16-3 overall during the regular season for the Abbey. He was the regular starter at No. 1 singles for the Crusaders.
Bayo earned an all-conference honor as a freshman after being a regular at No. 3 in the lineup this season. He went unbeaten in conference play and was 7-0 in the No. 3 spot this season for Belmont Abbey.
