BELMONT, N.C. — The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team earned a pivotal Conference Carolinas victory thanks to a 7-0 victory over Lees-McRae Saturday afternoon at the Reidy Tennis Center.
The Crusaders won all nine matches over the Bobcats with all but one match being decided in straight sets.

Chase Martin all earned wins in both doubles and singles play.
Belmont Abbey improves to 17-18 overall, 2-2 in Conference Carolinas. Lees-McRae is now 5-10, 0-4 in league play.

- The Crusaders take a few days off before playing a pair of matches in the Eastern part of the state starting against Chowan on April 12 following Barton at April 13.
- The matches are scheduled for a 1 p.m. and 11 a.m. starts, respectively.
