FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga./COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team returned to action with a pair of matches across two sites Wednesday afternoon.
The Crusaders took on Emmanuel in a Conference Carolinas match on the road while another group took on Columbia College. Belmont Abbey ended up dropping both matches by a score of 4-3 against the Lions and 6-1 against the Koalas.
The Crusaders won three singles matches from
Chase Martin,
Jackson Korta and
Kai Lloveras.
With Wednesday's results, Belmont Abbey is now 16-16 overall, 1-1 in league play. Emmanuel is now 9-5 overall, 4-1 in league play.
