AIKEN, S.C. -- Belmont Abbey continued its non-conference schedule Friday with the opening day of play at the USC Aiken Invitational. The Crusaders dropped a pair of 3-0 decisions to the host Pacers (25-19, 25-20, 25-8) and Lenoir-Rhyne (25-15, 25-19, 25-16).
The Crusaders fall to 0-6 with the results.

- Sultenfuss and Case keyed the offense with six kills each. Mia Samaha added five kills.
- Schellenberg dished out a season-high 25 assists, while also registering four digs and a block.
- Case and Trinity Bradley served the Crusaders' two aces. They were also the defensive leaders with eight and seven digs, respectively.
- McCullough had a team-high two blocks.
