BELMONT, N.C. -- Belmont Abbey led 11-0 after the first quarter and 15-0 by the middle of the second in a decisive 26-1 victory over Southern Wesleyan in Conference Carolina's women's lacrosse action Saturday.
Olivia Carlino scored five goals with 12 other players also finding the net.
The Abbey improves to 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the league, while Warriors, who played the entire game with just 10 players, fall to 0-2, 0-1.
