MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team wrapped up its Conference Carolinas weekend road trip with a match at Mount Olive Saturday at the John Neal Walker Tennis Center.
The Crusaders rallied to win three singles matches but it was the Trojans who came away with a 4-3 victory.
Charlie Fremaux,
Andres Golindano and
Kai Lloveras all came away with wins in No. 3, No. 5 and singles, respectively.
Belmont Abbey is now 11-17, 1-2 in Conference Carolinas play. Mount Olive is 9-5, 3-1 in the league.

The Crusaders will split the squad on Tuesday.
Belmont Abbey will take on Lees-McRae at noon in Banner Elk in a rescheduled Conference Carolinas contest from March 18.
Others will stay at home and face Montevallo at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Reidy Tennis Center.
