AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team returned to action with a doubleheader against Augusta Wednesday at the Newman Tennis Center.
The Crusaders suffered defeats in both matches, falling 7-0 in the opener and 4-1 to bookend the day.
Belmont Abbey is now 8-7 on the season.

- The Crusaders will be compete in five matches on Saturday at two different sites.
- A group of student-athletes will stay in Belmont to face West Virginia Wesleyan in a doubleheader beginning at noon at the Reidy Tennis Center.
- The others will go on the road to Young Harris to face the Mountain Lions in a doubleheader starting at 11 a.m. Saturday followed by a matchup with North Georgia at 5 p.m.
