WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Isabelle Flores set the school record for the 60 meter hurdles and came just one-hundreth of a second off the best time in the conference this season -- to highlight the first day of the Camel City Invitational, hosted by the JDL Fast Track.

Flores posted a time of 8.95, .18 better than a 9.13 she ran last month. The best time in the league this year is 8.94 by Phoebe Myers of Converse. Olivia White improved her position in the hurdles with a time of 9.51, while Haley Kells earned a spot in the same race with a qualifying time of 9.95.
