WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Belmont Abbey set a school record in the distance medley relay and finished second overall to highlight the Crusaders' first day at the 2023 Conference Carolinas Men's Indoor Track & Field Championship, hosted by HDL Fast Track.
The time of 10:28.30 turned in by

Jesse Coleman,
Adam Willett and Elliott Wunder) actually bettered the previous meet record, but still fell two seconds short the championship.
Rexton Thorson tied for fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.82m (5'-11.50"), while
Elijah Jackson made the finals of the long jump.
Finalists in tomorrow's event include Zachary Bolden in the 200m and
Ryan Kohlhagen and Jashua Gulapa in the 60m hurdles.
